1. A large number of people of Bangladesh are living in a miserable and depressed condition. About 35 lac slum dwellers are living in Dhaka Mega City as well as 80% low income people are living all over the country. These two categories people are not getting adequate living standard, education, health and Community facilities etc. In a result, the overall condition of the country is in an unhygienic, unhealthy and polluted position. To overcome this situation, North South Property Development Limited (NSPDL) is in the process through the establishment of Bashanteck Rehabilitation Project (BRP)” www.brp-bd.com. This project has been established mutually under the Ministry of land.

2. Due to unplanned dwelling houses, about 100% people of urban areas of Bangladesh are not getting better living facilities. To meet the requirement, NSPDL has been taken an initiative to ascertain a Satellite Town as an example which is known as “Nandakhali Satellite Town Project (NSTP)” www.nspdl.com. All modern life lead facilities have to be available in this Project, which is going to be implemented in near future. The location of this planned project NSTP is at Hamayetpur, Shavar, just in-between Singair-Manikgonj Road & Dhaleswari River as well as 7 kilometers from Mirpur of Dhaka Mega City. It is mentioned that, there are many prominent and renowned developers in Bangladesh , so, NSPDL hopes that they can also take the initiative to establish such type of Satellite town. The chairman of NSPDL also believes that if all the developers to do so then the dwelling houses condition will be better. As well as, the 3(three) million martyr's sacrifice soul will be in peace position. Because it was their inner Dream as they fought against the then Pakistan Government for several our fundamental rights & claim to change our better life style. And we can say planned dwelling house was also one kind of their claim.

3. NSPDL has been inaugurated a project named “Food Project” on 16 December 2006 . A press conference was also held on the day. Most of the leading news agency was present there. The chairman of NSPDL elaborately discussed the object of “Food Project” to them; the outline of discussion is as follows:

a. To distribute the food items with reasonable rate among the slum

dwellers and low income people as well as those poor people are living around the Bhashantek Rehabilitation Project (BRP) also. Because, this project is established for the courtesy of BRP.

c. The chairman of NSPDL feels that it is good news for the Intellectual, Journalist, Politician and other social leader of Bangladesh who can also extend their hands to the people of Bangladesh . Because, they can also take this project as a model or as a pilot project and contribute their valuable thought by implementing such type of project for the general people of Bangladesh . Only then we will be able to make the inner dream of our martyr practically one by one. Finally just we are working to make their (Martyr) Dream true.

d. The chairman made a policy to the government of Bangladesh where he stated the entire concept. His idea is that, to overcome the on going market crisis the government may implement the given concept. ***
